Condense - how it works in physics

Can also condense clouds.

Condensing everyone knows from daily life, but how does it work physically seen that makes you look not always clear.

How the condensing

  • Condensation is a change in the aggregate state, in which a substance from the gaseous state to the liquid state changes. The exact opposite reaction would be the evaporation of a liquid to the gaseous state.
  • The condensation point marks the external conditions in respect to temperature and pressure conditions where condensation can take place.
  • It arises during which the condensation heat, although extracted from the gas, but is also the same invested in the change.
  • The condensation has a lot to do with interactions and therefore works on the physical theory on completely different than all the hypotheses of free particles.
  • In risk management in the insurance industry in neural networks and even in chemistry, the physical consideration of condensing is also used.

Types of condensation

  • There are two principal varieties of the condensation which are to be recorded with the laws of physics. It always goes to already supersaturated gases.
  • The homogeneous condensation is a free form of the formation of liquid particles. In this case, there is a condensation of the static concurrence of gas particles.
  • This will only work if there is a very strong supersaturation and the particles can come together slowly. Several hundred percent supersaturation is not uncommon for the homogeneous condensation.
  • Heterogeneous condensed gas even at a low supersaturation of less than one percent.
  • Here you only need the condensation nuclei than in the gas floating solid particles. On these surfaces other particles from gas dock, which can stick to the Teilchenfängern and condense so.
